Huber Heights hosted a plastic foam recycling event in the Rose Music Center parking lot last weekend. The event is open to all communities. Against the backdrop of this event, foam recycling is particularly important.

It encourages the participation of people, surrounding cities, and small businesses and organizations. The purpose is to promote the development of recycling and reduce the burden on the environment.

The activity does not accept used food containers. They only accept white foam, and all small foam blocks must be packed in transparent bags. As a matter of fact, this provision virtually increases the difficulty of foam recycling.

Moreover, the price of the foam usually depends on the color of the recycled foam block. The whiter the foam, the higher the price. Especially for those companies, as participants in the foam recycling industry, they must be very concerned about the cost of foam waste disposal and the price of recycled foam materials.

Don’t we recycle it? The answer is: of course not! As long as you choose the right machine, this problem can be solved easily. Its foam densifier, a foam recycling machine that can compress waste foams. 

As for the process of compressing. Put the waste foam into the hopper of the foam densifier, the waste foam will be crushed and chopped into small pieces. These foam blocks are put into the screw and heated by the thermochemical reaction. 

Finally extruded from the output. Compared with the original material, the output foam ingot can reach 1/90 of the original volume. And these foam ingots will be repurchased into other products and flow into the market again.
